ITQAN shall not disclose or make accessible to any third party or use, except as permitted under this declaration and the related contract and/or agreement, any personal information without my prior consent.

I declare to act in full according to the Code of Conduct as approved by “ITQAN” and preserve the intellectual properties and copyrights of “ITQAN” this includes all contents or created work shared or published during the preparation or delivery of educational activities or functions.

This declaration shall be governed and construed as per the local applicable laws and regulations. In case of any change in the above-provided information, I shall inform Itqan Academy.
